Shanta Gold Director acquires larger company shareholding

AIM listed gsite 4shared com inurl file cruncherold exploration and development company Shanta Gold announced that its chairman, Walton Imrie, has acquired a total of 694,444 ordinary shares of the company at 18p per share in the placing. Following the share acquisition, Walton Imrie now has a beneficial interest in 10,072,957 ordinary shares representing 3.81% of the issued ordinary share capital of Shanta Gold.
