Sand gravel plant

The sand gravel plant consists of jaw crusher, gravel impact crusher, gravel vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. We can assemble the production line in accordance with the requirements of various processes so as to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Sand gravel crushing & screening plant

First, the belt conveyor will transfer raw materials to a single-deck screen for screening. Materials over 32mm will be sorted out while the rest will be fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Next, the materials will be sent to a double-deck screen for separation, where gravels will be separated from sands. The screen will sort out materials over 32mm and less than 2mm. Materials ranging between 2mm to 32mm will go to the gravel processing plant while those less than 2mm will go to the sand processing plant.

Gravel processing plant

The plant consists of jaw crusher, impact crusher,cone crusher and vibrating screen. Jaw crusher is mainly used in the primary crushing process. Next, the coarse particles will be crushed by the impact crusher for secondery crushing. Then the cone crusher will crush materials for tertiary crushing. The crushed materials will go to the vibrating screen, where they will be divided by their different size, namely 2mm to 8mm, 8mm to 16mm, and 16mm to 32mm.

Sand processing plant

The sand processing plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, the third generation sand-making machine(fine crusher), sand washer, vibrating screen and belt conveyors.

First, the vibrating feeder will send raw materials evenly to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then the coarse materials will be transferred to the fine crusher for further crushing. After that, the fine crushed materials will go to the vibrating screen for screening. Materials that meet the size requirement will be sent to the sand washer for cleaning and then become finished product. And materials failing to meet the size standard will be returned by the vibrating screen to the sand-making machine for re-processing in closed circuit cycles. Particle size of materials can be mixed and graded according the our clients' requirement. In the case of dry production process, we can add a material-separator and dust remover to the production line.
