A complete gravel processing and loading plant with a processing and loading capacity of 9000 tph at Hülskens Liebersee GmbH Y Co. KG in Germany. Two of the largest screens with double out-of-balance drives for gravel (screen are 3,300 x 6,000 mm) are installed in the gravel and sand separation plant. The plant also has a double-toggle jaw crusher as primary crusher and two Kubria® cone crushers in the gravel sector. The whole plant is electronically controlled right down to the print-out of individual weighbridge tickets for the trucks.
