Powerscreen launches high capacity and mobile crushing and screening

Powerscreen offer a range of mobile impact crushers suitable for primary and secondary applications including crushing aggregate, reinforced concrete and asphalt. The range includes both horizontal shaft impactors and vertical shaft impactors, both of which are designed to achieve a high ratio of product reduction.

The Powerscreen® XH250 horizontal shaft impactor is a compact track mobile crusher designed for small to medium sized operators in the recycling and demolition markets. Capable of processing a wide range of material at a high output, the plant is versatile, easy to operate and fuel efficient due to its direct drive system.

Featuring the Powerscreen® XH250 fixed hammer horizontal impactor, the plant offers users both excellent reduction and a high consistency of product shape alongside key features such as hydraulic overload protection.

The Powerscreen® XH320 is a mid-sized horizontal impact crusher designed to offer operators and contractors both excellent reduction and high consistency of product shape for performance in quarry and recycling applications. With track mobility the plant is capable of working in the most demanding environments and features a rapid set-up time, fuel efficient direct drive system and excellent throughput capacity.

The Powerscreen® XH320SR features a screen and recirculating (SR) conveyor which returns oversized product to the crusher for further reduction.
