The Cone Crusher is a heavy-duty, track mounted cone crusher ideal for crushing in the quarrying, mining and aggregate industries including coal, aggregate, sand, building and demolition waste, mine ore, blasted rock and river gravel programs. It was built to increase machine throughput and effectively reduce wear costs with a long service life. With throughput capacities between 100tph to 300tph, the C-1540 Cone Crusher has a high product yield of superior quality with desired product shape and size. It was the first cone crusher to be built with an innovative pre-screen module. Known for its versatility in harsh applications and maximum on-site mobility, the Cone Crusher is well suited in today’s dynamic crushing and screening environment. Also available is the C-1540RS which is based on the machine. It features an onboard recirculating system and a detachable sizing screen.
